2. Information we receive from Meta (Instagram and Facebook)
Faym uses a creator discovery tool to find and evaluate Instagram creators we may invite to join Faym. It connects to Meta’s Instagram Creator Marketplace API through Facebook Login for Business.
From the person who logs in, we receive the name on their Facebook account, the Facebook Pages and Instagram business account they choose to connect, and access tokens that let the tool act within the permissions they approve.
About creators, we receive information that Meta makes available through the Creator Marketplace API, such as:

- whether the account is verified and whether the creator has joined Instagram’s creator marketplace;

- summarised audience information, such as age and gender groups.
We request these permissions and use each one only for the reason given:
- instagram_creator_marketplace_discovery
- To search Instagram’s creator marketplace and read creator profile and performance information.
- instagram_basic
- To read basic details of the Instagram business account the person who logs in connects.
- pages_show_list

- pages_manage_metadata
- Required by Meta’s Creator Marketplace API, together with the permissions above, to work with the Page linked to Faym’s Instagram account. We do not use it to change the Page’s settings.
- business_management
- Required by Meta’s Creator Marketplace API to work with the business portfolio that owns Faym’s Page and Instagram account.
What we do with it. We use this information only to find, compare and shortlist creators to invite to Faym.

A person who connected an account can remove Faym’s access at any time in their Facebook settings under business integrations. 5. What is our stance on third-party websites?
The Services may link to third-party websites, online services or mobile applications, and may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us. We do not guarantee any such third parties and are not liable for any loss or damage caused by using them. A link does not mean we endorse the site. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you give to third parties, and any data they collect is not covered by this notice. Please review the policies of those third parties and contact them directly with your questions.
6. How do we handle your social logins?
Our Services let you register and log in using a third-party social media account, such as Facebook. When you do, we receive certain profile information from your social media provider. It often includes your name, email address and profile picture, and other information you choose to make public on that platform.
People who use our creator discovery tool also log in with Facebook to connect Faym’s Page and Instagram account. In that case we receive the information described in the section on Meta above.

7. How long do we keep your information?
We keep your personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes in this notice, unless a longer period is required or allowed by law (for example for tax or accounting). No purpose in this notice requires us to keep your personal information for longer than the period in which you have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we delete or anonymise it. If that is not possible (for example, because it sits in backup archives), we store it securely and keep it away from any further use until deletion is possible.
8. How do we keep your information safe?
We use appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we process. These include restricting access to authorised people and protecting login access tokens. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise that hackers, cybercriminals or other unauthorised parties will never defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal or change your information. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, sending personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only use the Services in a secure environment.
9. What are your privacy rights?
You may review, change or terminate your account at any time.
Withdrawing your consent. Where we rely on your consent to process your personal information, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us at support@faym.co. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew consent, nor, where the law allows, processing that relies on grounds other than consent.
Opting out of marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing and promotional messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. We may still send you service-related messages that are needed to run your account, respond to requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

10. Controls for do-not-track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and apps include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting you can turn on to signal that you do not want data about your online browsing monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognising and honouring DNT signals has been finalised, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will tell you in a revised version of this notice.
